Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We only ship within the continental USA -- no exceptions.

We utilize USPS and Fed-X for shipping carriers, depending on the size of the order and/or distance. You will receive an order update with tracking number once the order has shipped. All orders ship with tracking numbers so you can follow the package as it is delivered. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are only ESTIMATES given by the carrier--we cannot control this. We can not guarantee that an item will be delivered on the exact day the shipping carrier posts. We also can not "speed up" the shipping process or control the delivery route once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

We will not offer rush orders or expedited shipping methods. We have had too many issues with people ordering and using them, thinking they will have their order right away. Since we have to custom pack EVERY order that comes in, we cannot guarantee your order will make it to the carrier before the daily cut-off for shipments. Many customers also think this gets their order out faster but it does not. We process shipments in the order received, and there is no option to rush your order. Rush shipping is simply a much larger problem than it benefits and unfortunately leaves us in a bad position with our customers even though we do everything we can to make sure they are informed.

Returned Packages: Shipping carriers charge for returned or refused packages. If any order is refused or returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the original and return shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted from any refund.

PO Boxes: We are unable to ship items to P.O. Boxes.
