Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• We do not returnd any decals or stickers.

• We do not return any items market NEW OLD STOCK or DISCONTINUED.

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• We do not return any open or damaged packed items.

• We do not return any items used , mounted or did not fit.

• Some large items such as wheels, bikes, frames, and/or free shipping orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be new and unassembled in any way.

• Used, installed, or damaged items will not be refunded. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges to have it returned to them.

• We are not responsible for items to match the shade of color or finish that you want. Colors vary. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges to have items returned to us.

• Custom items such as spokes and custom wheels are not returnable.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

• We sell quality bicycle parts, not museum pieces. We make every effort to make sure that you receive a nice item, but, due to manufacturing and handling, it is imposible for things to be "pristine", "mint", "show quality" or whatever other word is used to describe items that are only going to be looked at and not ridden. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges to have items returned to us.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Contact us with order number we will give you directions on how and where to return the product.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Please re-pack items carefully with padding and sturdy packaging. We are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit. Also, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return Shipping Costs

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt or order confirmation. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Refused orders or orders marked "return to sender" will have the shipping charge deducted from the return amount.

Shipping charges are not refunded for returned items. Funds will be credited to the original purchasing account.

You can start your return by using the shipper of your choice. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside of the package and notate the reason for return.
